Refunds can only be given on events canceled 7 days in advance. If you cancel within 7 days you can rebook for another time or receive vouchers to the value

The balance for the party is payable on the day with Cash, Credit Card or Laser Card.

Under no circumstances can the children go back to the play structure after having their party food, it’s the parents responsibility to ensure that the

children stay within their allocated party area.

Always follow the instructions of The Kids Town Staff in the play structure.

For the safety and enjoyment of all children, age and time restrictions apply and are enforced.

Please ensure that the following items are not brought into the play area. Food including sweets and chewing gum, drinks, pens, buckles, jewellery, watches,

money or sharp objects.

Soilage charge of €30 will apply if food fights or any such actions occur.

When children partake in adventure play accidents may occur, it is vital to inform a staff member immediately.

Kids Town does not accept responsibility for any injury sustained on the premises.

Kids Town does not accept responsibility for any items of clothing etc, left behind.
If items left behind are not reclaimed within 2 weeks it will be disposed off.

For the safety of all children, destructive behaviour will not be tolerated and children displaying such behaviour may be asked to leave.
